Go Kart Axles

Round, 1" Standard Go Kart Axles. Solid Steel Axles that Step Down to 3/4" on Each End. Two 1/4" Keyways that are Offset 180 Degrees for stress relief, balance and unrestricted positioning of brakes, bearings and hubs. Standard 2" Ends with 1-3/8" of Thread Length. Use (2) 3/4-16 Locknuts. (not included) Used on Live Axle American Go Kart Frames and Custom Projects. We do not ship Axles to Alaska or Hawaii.

Two 3/16" Keyways that are Offset for stress relief, balance and unrestricted positioning of brakes, bearings and hubs. Solid Steel Axle, Zinc Plated. Uses (2) 3/4-16 Locknuts, Part #8516. (not included). We do not ship Axles to Alaska or Hawaii.

Solid Steel Mini Axles with a Full Length 1/4" Keyway. 2" of Thread on Each End. Used to install a Live Axle 'Go Kart Style' Rear End on Big Mini Bikes and other ride on toys, so you can use Keyed Axle Components. In (3) Mini Lengths - 14", 16" and 18". 1/4" Key Stock and 1" Lock Nuts are Sold Separately. Those bits have their own part number. The Nuts are Part #8538. 12" Sections of 1/4" Key Stock are Part #04-5601.

5/8" O.D. with 2" of 5/8-18 Fine Thread on Each End.

12 Inches of 3/16" or 1/4" Key Stock. Cut as Needed.

Genuine Manco 9680 Key
1/4" x 3/8" x 1.250" Axle Key

1" ID x 2" OD Axle Spacer. Type A Flat Washer. 1.062" Inner Diameter. Mating Fastener Size: 1". Low Carbon Steel SAE General Purpose Flat Washer. Zinc Plating, retards the corrosion rate in a normal atmosphere.

1" Split Lock Collar. 1" Bore Two Piece Heavy Duty Split Lock Collar with Keyway. 1" ID X 1-3/4" OD X 1/2" Wide, 1/4" Keyway. Used on 1" Axles and Shafts with a 1/4" Keyway.

Uses 8212 Bearing Flanges.
Can be used with or without the Eccentric Lock Collar.

Uses Mounting Flange Part #8282.

Kit includes (2) Part #SA205-16 - 1" ID Self Aligning Axle Bearings with Lock Collars, (2) Sets of Part #1760 Bearing Flanges, (2) Thick Steel Bearing Hangers (weld to frame), Nuts and Bolts.

5/8" Mini Bike Bolt : 5/8-11 x 6-1/2" Long. Grade 5. Zinc Plated. Mini Bike Axle or Mini Bike Fork Bolt. Uses a 5/8-11 Coarse Thread Nut (Nut not included).
