We Ship Parts to all 50 US States via UPS Monday through Friday. UPS Shipping Services offered: UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select® and UPS Ground. UPS will deliver Next Day Air packages on Saturday for an extra $12.50 fee. Orders placed after noon central may be processed the following business day. All parts orders are shipped UPS. (Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail) No P.O. Box Adresses except to Alaska and Hawaii. UPS requires the actual street address. UPS will email the tracking number to you when your order ships.

Most of the parts featured in our online catalog require that particular measurements be noted prior to placing a parts order. Please keep this in mind while making your selections. It is in everyone's best interest to keep parts exchanges to a minimum. If you need assistance selecting the correct parts, be prepared to tell us about your machine when you call. Brand name, model number and/or name, drive system features, tires, chain size used, etc.... Knowing the brand name and or model number of the machine you own can often be a key factor in finding the proper replacement parts quickly. Luckily, many go karts and mini bikes use some of the same universal parts so you can still find what you need even if you have no idea who manufactured the machine, it just takes alittle more work. That's when the measurements really become crucial.
